Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

Membership is non-transferable and valid for the registered member only.

Eventkepers reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its discretion.

Membership Plans & Fees

Eventkepers offers four membership plans: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus.

The membership fee is non-refundable and subject to change at the company’s discretion.

Membership is valid for life time from the date of purchase and will be revised annually.

Benefits & Discounts

Discounts on hotel bookings, travel services, and event assistance are applicable only through Eventkepers and its partner vendors.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or third-party deals.

Travel and hotel discounts may vary based on availability, seasonality, and partner policies.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made through the official Eventkepers platform or customer support team.

Cancellation policies for hotels, flights, and events will follow the respective vendor's policies.

Eventkepers is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or delays by third-party service providers.

Membership Usage & Limitations

Members must provide a valid ID to avail of membership benefits.

Membership benefits are for personal use only and cannot be resold or misused.

Misuse or fraudulent activities will result in immediate membership termination without a refund.

Refund & Termination Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable, even if benefits are unused.
