Cancellation Policy

At Eventkepers, we strive to deliver exceptional event planning and management services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking any services.


General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@eventkepers.com or through your Eventkepers dashboard.
  • All cancellations are subject to the timelines and charges outlined below.

  • Cancellation by the Client

    Individual Services (e.g., Decor, Photography, Venue, etc.):

  • 7+ days before the event: 80% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 4-6 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund.

  • Full Event Packages:

  • 15+ days before the event: 90% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

  • Cancellation by Eventkepers (ROSPL)

    In rare cases where Eventkepers needs to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vendor issues, natural calamities, etc.):

  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Alternatively, the client may opt for rescheduling or an equivalent service, subject to availability.

  • Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule their event/service up to 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.
  • Members are responsible for checking all booking details before confirming their reservations.

  • Non-Refundable Services

  • Any customized or third-party bookings (like artists, venues with separate policies) may carry non-refundable terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
